Shipping Information

Packages ship using USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground. You’ll have a choice of shipping providers at checkout.

It is my goal to ship orders within 1 week of your order being placed.

Easy Replacements/Refunds

If you have an issue with your purchase, I’m happy to offer replacements shipped to you for free ASAP. If instead you'd like a refund, I’m happy to do that as well if I did not meet expectations. Please send a note with your reason to info@firebrandcandle.com.
